PC help urgent

my pc keeps shutting down and restarting after i get this message

Host process for windows service stopped working and was closed

i ran scan/deleted cookies ect..did system restore but its still happening..helppppppppppppppp

..ok..Adobe just popped up saying cant work cos of sommit..so download the new one..now done that..will see how it goes..fingers crossed
