Thread: Scheduled start times not working

  1. #1

Default Scheduled start times not working

Just tried to do a listing to start at 19:00 today so that it finishes in the evenings rather than in mornings so I set the time followed by the date, clicked preview and it had changed back to a immediate start. http://uk.ebid.net/perl/auction.cgi/24176525

Tried to go back in and edit but it's not having anything to do with scheduled starts and even though I can change it to 19:00 it still reverts back to normal (immediate start)

Sarah check what date and time your clock is set to in your defaults. Reset it to todays date and save then try doing the timer on the listing again. This helped when the clock went funny on my YDC listings in the past so maybe it will help this time ?

Already tried that (amongst other things) It was set in blue.

This shows what order I did it and ticked appropiate box / circles and what it said after saving changes after trying to edit

Happened to me too. I wanted to set a couple of YDC auctions to start on Friday at 18:00 as I will be away for most of the weekend, but no go.

Hope you can fix it soon Gazza !!!

The finished auctions are running slow - could be part of the same go-slow as not showing immediately?

raindropsies .. we have been testing with your settings and noticed your calendar for your default auction is set to 2008, make sure you are getting the year right. If you list a time in the past it will default to immediate.

The calendar says 2010 in the images, how would I know what it shows is not what it says? My pc is set to the correct time

Does that explain the email thread I just posted?
