Thread: Talk about tight

    Default Talk about tight

Had a message from you know who, and this is what they said.

Paypal have rejected our request to take money from your paypal account, if it happens again your account will be suspended without notice. I owed them £1.28

    I don't think it's tight at all.

If the due date has come and you cannot pay then they are correct in sending a warning.

Paul got one (yes it was for more money) because he had not set up a payment thing correctly

I paid them $0.20 last month, i sold $5.00 worth this month. How much that going to cost me. I would think paypal costs more than that to collect.

    I agree.

Ok - its only 1.28....but where do you draw the line?
    1.30? 1.50? 2.00? 10.00? etc etc.

Just out of interest.........I assume that request wasnt today?
Fees are payable over there by the 15th of each month

I pay mine manually around the 10th of each month.
I refuse to set up any automatic payments to them - at least this way I can keep my eye on things.
(they recently credited me £235.00 cos I messed up 42 listings - still waiting for it to return to my a/c - but ony been a few days now, and it usually takes around 21)

If I remember rightly, if the first request is refused by PayPal/cc then they will tell you they will make another attempt in 7 days time. It is only after the second attempt is refused that they threaten to suspend you.

Wonder if the OP would blackball one of his buyers if they refused to pay for an item won from him on here.

Or if they were 1.28 short of full payment.

Tell them you are holding their money for 21 days as you consider the transaction a risky one.
