Minor glitch: site title wrong at times

Minor problem, but it irritates me every time it happens, so now I'll tell you and it can irritate you instead.

When the site registers that you need to log in, the site title changes to show that, but it doesn't get changed back (at least, not quickly) to say something more useful. So the tab on my browser keeps telling me I need to log in, when I don't.

It's been annoying me the whole time, but only just reached a pitch where I could be bothered to mention it. I don't think I have to provide a better answer, that's what they get the big bucks for.
