Sorry should have said 'at least' 24 hours apart as that is what eBid stipulate. You can send them whenever you like ! I just prefer to send out my own emails both on the AAL and direct to the buyer's email address before I start sending out the clinical payment reminders.

Economy is bad, the holidays are upon us, give them at least a week to answer and pay. Don't assume it is a bad sale just because you did not hear from them right away. Probably out Christmas shopping.

If someone doesnt pay, I send them a reminder approx 14 days later.

If they dont pay - no biggie - life goes on.

There could be numerous reasons why they dont pay / contact etc etc.

Even on ebay I dont issue npb alerts - I just cancel the transaction and get my fvf back - the buyer agrees and doesnt get a strike - and we both get on with life.

Even back in the days when we could leave neg fb for npbs, I didnt do it.

However, I do add npbs to my bbl - on all sites - that way they at least have to contact me if they want to purchase in the future - and it has happened several times.
People can learn as much from fb you leave for others, as they can from your own fb.

I do appreciate what everybody has said, but would I be allowed to walk into a store on the high street and buy something and say I will pay whenever, surely if you click buy it now that is what it means. It's only a watch but I wouldn't be so put out if the buyer communicated with me but not a word!!

It can be very annoying when communication isn't happening. But it seems to be increasing, and I think it's something we will have to grin and bear.
