It's taking some time as we need to unload all our items from eBay into TurboLister and then Import them into Ninja. There's not much functionality with Ninja by the looks of it.
A lot of it is hidden behind the right click - it's short on menus and options, but have an explore and you'll probably find more than you expect at first glance.

What do most people like to pay with, PayPal or something else?
Paypal, in my experience, is still the most popular method.

Thanks again. I've just launched 18 items as a test, if the experienced users can give me feedback, good or bad is fine.

At the moment, I've set the UK postage to Free.

Just a thought (and you'll probably hate me for this) It would have been good to have shop sub categories. I for one am lazy even when browsing. And I find it a bit daunting to look at so many titles to find one that I may like. Let's face it even a B&M shop has divisions / categories. (and before anyone says anything: it's on my to-do list to re-arrange my shop)

    WOW! Gerrysbooks. Jolly well done!

Agree with meebo - Imagine walking into Waterstones without books being categorised

    Good luck with the sales!

Wow!!! Good luck with your sales.

I love bookstores. One of the great things about the internet, I can browse from my chair. But I rarely know when I go in what I may buy. I go to the sections that appeal to me and usually buy books I'd never heard of before. So, I went to your shop and . . . no categories. It would take me forever to browse 199 pages.

I know this is a lot of work (because I do it in our bookshop), but perhaps you will consider setting up categories to cater to the browsers like me.

I, too, have difficulty finding books on-site, although the kind of books I like are definitely obscure, (old European history books, the older - date of publication and historic period - the better), and hard to find on any site, so I don't think that's any reflection on eBid.

I do look forward to more vintage booksellers joining eBid.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I used to be a seller on Amazon quite a few years ago but got put off by their price increases in fees. I sell mainly audio books and non-fiction and i do research on each book before i list it. Although i still list some things on ebay i no longer list my books due to their policies. I do try to offer audio books that arent already on ebid and many are not top 100. I was going to ask why you call it the river but just twigged - DOH!
