Thread: No response from buyer. Again.

    Default No response from buyer. Again.

    I've "sold" a book on ebid. The "buyer" has not been in contact, and is ignoring my messages, including a paypal payment request.
    What can I do?

    (this is the second time this has happened, and I'm getting disillusioned with ebid. I never has these problems elsewhere..)

    Have you tried emailing the address on file for the buyer? It's at the bottom of the listing with the rest of the contact info. What time-scale are we talking about here?

    We have non payment problems with PPPay but other payment options work fine overall we have had very few non-payers. As Kimbo says timescales are important not everyone is quick off the mark and we have had buyers take a week to pay - not a problem to us as long as they pay!

    A week I can cope with. Grudgingly. We are already on two weeks.
    I've already tried e-mail, and a paypal request.. Grr...

    Then I suggest you contact support@ebid.tv with the item ID and the story, and they'll probably tell you to consider the sale void and relist.

    Sorry this has happene to you. I wish I could get just a smaller percentage of customers like yourself.

    Struggling to get any notice here - wish I could get some of the sales that go begging from sellers who don't answer questions or reply to their buyers.
