Well not selling internationally is going to restrict you, also no information on your about me page, no signature link in the forum so people can find you easily from your posts. Have a look at this thread for some tips.

As I understand this site, international selling is for seller + people .
I am not real anxious to send them front money when I don't even get much in the way of views. No one in USA seems to even look at this site.
I have been selling on ebay long enough to know that what gets views is the description not what is in some about me deal that many don't even bother to look at.
I now have 15 auctions up.
There are only two with even one view.
Am I correct that I can't sell outside USA without paying the Fifty bucks?

I have been selling collectible merchandise for over 25 years. I have sold stuff all over the world.
People buy the kind of stuff I sell because they want it. Wan't it VERY much even though they don't NEED it.
You want to tell me suddenly a new race of animal is born on here?
I sure have no desire to wriet about myself to sell old paper.

Meanwhile, back at reality ranch, it seems I can sell internationaly with a seller account. How do I modify the existing auctions??

I find extraordinary that you post with such unremitting snarkiness, and still expect help. But hey, it's Christmas...

Go to your My eBid > Auctions I'm Running and click the far right edit link for the one you wish to change. Scroll down to the postage section and set the price you want to charge for shipping, while ticking each country's box to show where you'll ship. The US version might get a bit more complicated than that, because you have a postage calculator that we don't get and can't see in the UK, but those instructions should put you in the right neck of the woods.

    unremitting snarkiness?
have i said the response to my auctions in terms of views is underwhelming? Is that SNARKY?
Have I said i don't think i need to amuse delaers with my life and times to sell collectibles?
    Snarky?
I sell to survive. this is not a nice little hobby to me. i don't go off to a job and do this to alleviate boredom.
    I am serious about this.
I had someone be condensending and Snarky aboiut "American Spelling" on another thread. Someone else the same about "education".
I choose to ignore those who are jerks. I sure found the statement that about me was important due to nosiness amazing.
    Snarky? No just amazed.
This place has its own little world. Maybe I can make some money here and avoid the Ebay horror or maybe I will fade away.
i will surely remember that I was snarky.
I do appreciate those who help.

Perhaps it would help if you realised that the people from whom you are getting help here are your fellow sellers, none of whom make a penny out of offering help and support in this way? Would that help you understand why the occasional "please" and "thank you" would go a long way?

But as I say, it's Christmas. So have a good one.

i find it really does help with sales if you write something about the type of products you sell and your relationship with your products
this inspires confedence in your buyers that you know what your selling and what your talking about, this is especialy true in the collectables market.

ive had a few sales to overseas on ebid all new buyers

you would be well advised to take the advice given from astablished sellers on ebid they know the market here and it works for them.

I am a firm believer in what I give relates to what I get. Does it have to be the exact word you require? if I say that i appreciate those who help, is that not the moral equivilant of thank you???
When i get my chops broken by those with superior attitudes, am i supposed to thank them and ask for more?
i realize 100% who answers on these forums. That is why i don't think I have to write a about me page or a link to my junk top please and amuse dealers. i am here to mreach BUYERS.
That may be mission impossible for me but i am still swimming around.
I have helped people on similar forums on othger sites and not been thanked.
i wrote that off to individual behavior.
    Not everyone is the same.
Once again, i do appreciate help, and i do understand who is on these forums.
