The requirements that eBid has at this moment match the requirements of Google Base. What they require is this: ID# (auction or item #), Item (subject line), Item Description, Item link (url of the item page), price, condition (new or used), picture link and quantity.
Plus, all items must be BIN or have a BIN included with the auction.

    another here

Now they just have to work out a way to add auctions to search and the system would be perfect.

I am aware of Google's minimum requirements for a data feed. Anyone who submits a feed needs to meet those. So how is a Marketplace Partner any different to anyone else?

I see eBid as having a problem meeting the minimum requirements anyway. The description field submitted contains boilerplate text - particularly from those listers that use templates. This was fixed once but seems to have reverted after compliance with the last Google shakeup.

Also eBid's condition classification of 'Unused' should really be translated to 'Used' for submission to Google rather than 'New' in order to meet Google's definition of the terms.
