Cool Unable to change postage on invoice

HELP!! can somebody please help by telling me how to change the postage on an invoice, postage was on but for some reason it was not added to the invoice. Buyer paid by PayPal, I have refunded this payment. But I am unable to put the postage in, I would be grateful of a quick response as both the buyer and myself, just can't get round this problem.

For a quick solution, just send a money request direct from paypal.

If your invoice arrived without postage, when sent from ebid via paypal, I'd guess that you might use paypal in other places and have the option set to over-write postage. Have a look at your paypal account settings.

Is this your first PayPal transaction on eBid? If so...

    Check your PayPal settings:

My Account > Profile > Postage Calculations

Ensure that the box right at the bottom captioned Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override... is ticked.

    Click Save

Hi, yes this is my first item with postage and the box needed ticking, so I have done that so hopefully next sale will be fine. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for this. Have been having this problem since day one and was getting seriously p*****ed keep having to request the shipping. Will give it a try and hopefully that should be the end of the issue.
