eBid.net will give $3000.00 to the seller who lists the 3 millionth item at eBid. A seller with the user name Huddylion was the successful winner of the 2 millionth listing and received $2500.00.
In announcing the prize, eBid founder Mark Wilkinson said, "Listed items and successful sales have gone through the roof. We are breaking records all across the board from new members, to listed items to record sales. The prize is another way of saying thank you to our community." According to the press announcement, listed items are up 15% from the previous month, which it attributed to "continued eBay defections and eBid’s impressive item search ability at Google."

I’m a Newbie here -I am so ecstatic to find this site -Now to see this all I can say is awesome - I have been listing since I found this site and opened 2 stores only been here 4 days ......I will keep listing and help us make it to the 3 million mark-yes I said us I already feel like I belong here-I hope one of you that has been here awhile wins this as I am pushing for the 5 Million Mark Myself.
