On e.bid can I list a book as 'as new'

Hi, I'm fairly new to e.bid although I have over 1500 feedback @ 100% elsewhere. Can I list a book as 'as new' when it is in pristine unread condition as on another site this would be construed as keyword spamming?

There is an 'unused' option ...people buying books would almost certainly expect the book to be in the condition you have described there....well...I would, anyway

If the book is old, but in new condition, I would suggest using the "Unused" option.

As far as I know, this is the only auction site that has this option available. Perfect for older items, because it doesn't mislead the buyer. It also keeps us out of trouble with the error police (eBid is very particular about keeping the listings honest). We use it for a lot of our items, and the buyers know exactly what it means.
