Why Price Difference

Anyone know why PayPal's total price on an international invoice would be different that the eBid price on it?

An invoice to a Canada buyer showed an Invoice Total US $96.35 (C$124.27). PayPal collected CAD $141.37. This made it $17.10 Canada more than eBid stated. I only got US $96.35.

I am sure it probably has something to do with the conversion rate and I realize I should probably be contacting PayPal or eBid support for this info but I wonder if others are experiencing this situation and might know the reason. Since PayPal is the only integrated (as far a I know) pay system for eBid it would certainly be good if they were at least close.

The reason behind the computation was computed real-time and the conversion is not predictable and subject to fluctuation.
