Wonder how ebid would re-act if I put in my feedback here.......alternative items for sale in my ebay store. ( havent - just wondering how it would go down if it wall done the other way round)
Or more to the point - if one of them moved part of their stock here - so had different items on both sites.
You buy from them.......and they leave in your feedback here ''alternative items in our ebay store''.
I doubt you would be too happy.

part correct and part wrong
Well i'm pretty sure that eBid would take a dim view and possibly remove the feedback. Mainly because this is a well managed site.
Am sure they WOULD remove it - but nothing to do with the reason you state - in my opinion.
It would only be removed if it was brought to supports attention by the buyer/seller here.
The ony reason they would request it removed it because they didnt like it happening.
If it happened to those in this thread who have done it on the other side, would they request it to be removed if it happened here.
Am just intrigued.
That is the point am trying to make - no arguement - no ulterior motive - and not to slam either site as I list on both.

I know how to do it! Write a cheap ebook and sell it on ebay for .25 cents (to cover your fees). Within the ebook post information on ebid. In your copy right say something like any "any affilate of ebay or any person working for ebay does not have any writes to continue reading my ebook, all information is for ebay readers only."
Its kinda risky but I think that would work!
And i know the ebooks would sell.
you can actually do it if you place the tin the correct category and you must add a cd...and your supposed to mail it.. but I know a few members that have tonnes of feedback and are doing this.. I do not recommend doing it but, if you know all the loophole you can actually do it.
its risky to sell e books but alot of people are still doing it and getting away with it it just has to be done properly.
If you see anybody selling ebooks and using what you refer to as the CD "loophole", please report them. This method is intended to allow people to supply creative products such as web sites and templates for selling here, and has been specifically permitted by ebid. Nobody wants to see that permission abused, since it could lead to the end of legitmate usage.
