Are we allowing buy it now alongside the bidding - or is it just auction? Or is that sellers preference?

Thinking perhaps we may get a passer by who will think 'that's useful, I want that, and it helps BCC, but don't want to bid' -

For a 99p start auction, I could do the bin price at £1 -
Babs as we have no-one to answer to you can just do your own thing
    And good luck xxxx

Kimbo don't put the pimp gear away just yet.

You may have at least 5 more opportunities to wear it in October lol

I should stick to your comfy slippers instead of the high pimp shoes

have I missed a bit? has it been decided under what category we will list and will we be putting BCC in the title?

I don't think such details have been discussed. Do you think we need rules? I can see arguments for both approaches.

We're just raising money for charity - there's no element of competition like there is with the YDC, is there? Better to let people put items wherever they think they will sell best, in those circumstances, perhaps? Having BCC in the title would help supporters search though, I agree.

If anybody wants to use a charity category (either instead of, or as well as the ordinary one) then there's a charity > cancer section that has a few items in it already.

Of course, if everything was in there, they'd be easy to find.

Good question. I sent it to Smiffy for approval, and she nodded, and we never really discussed it more than that!

I'll stick it on my website and give the address here, that's probably easiest.

    Carefully?

I'll do some very simple instructions for anybody who wants to give it a try. Of course, the template's just an extra for anybody who wants it, it doesn't have to be used at all.
