A definate Glitch is stopping me selling abroad!

I sell all my books post free to uk. So when I list them, for the postage I select 'included in price'

I then move on to the international mail and charge £1 or whatever surcharge I mention in description.

In the preview however the domestic postage 'default's to £1 Which is the European postage!

This glitch means I have either to stop selling abroad or stop offering free P&P in UK. Neither of these do I want to do!

Any suggestions to 'sort' it would be welcome!

I've just created a test auction here http://uk.ebid.net/perl/auction.cgi/18178044 with UK included in price, rest of world £1.50 and it seems to have worked fine. Is this not what you're trying to do?

Yes it does. I tested Kinbo's auction for the postage for elsewhere and it came up as £1.50. So that would appear to work.

On mine? Yes, you can see it does. On yours? Dunno, you haven't shown us a listing.

I just selected included in price for UK, then for International selected "tick all" and put £1.50 airmail in. I didn't do anything complicated, it just worked. Ooh er.

I could'nt find the auction - Anyway if you like in bookzone the first book says buy it now £2.99 (which inc free p&P)
Then it adds the £1 surcharge for Airmail.
So for domestic buyers it is confusing and off putting - please have a peek!

Why would your domestic buyers be looking at airmail prices, they have to pretend to be elsewhere to do that. Ah... what country have *you* got set has your shipping destination when you view your auction?

Domestic buyers don't see foreign shipping, unless they "move" themselves to another site in the dropdown.

Yours show UK £0.00
European Sites £1.00 & the local equivalent.

Why would your domestic buyers be looking at airmail prices, they have to pretend to be elsewhere to do that. Ah... what country have *you* got set has your shipping destination when you view your auction?

If you're in the UK yes,
If you are in any of the European sites you see the airmail price for that site.
