Hopefully the site revamp will be done & dusted before too much longer, preferably before the end of September, major changes that disrupt the site are not good in the run up to Christmas.

Can anyone tell me what this new platinum thing is? I am seller+. Also how does the banner now say no final value fees? I have to pay 2% which is fine.

2. As Seller+ you pay no listing fee and no selling fee as long as you use the basic (Free) listing format. It has always been that way. If you are paying a 2% selling fee then you are using the Gallery listing format.

Our next software upgrade will take place at 00:01 on 16th December GMT. We will be down for around 30 minutes while the upgrade takes place.

On resumption of service users will notice our new "Platinum" level of access will be made available for the first time. Users can upgrade from the current status to Platinum immediately.

We will be running an offer for around 2 weeks over whereby we will multiple all the subscriptions paid to date by 10 and put this towards the full cost of our Platinum Lifetime subscription. The day after the multiple will go down to 9 and so on.

Sorry didn't notice the year date. What's up with stores that haven't been checked by owner for months or more. Been looking and seems to be giving ebid a bad name according to negative feedback.

How do you know they haven't been 'checked' -- what do you mean by 'checked'?

When I make a sale I get notified by email. Why would I want the hassle of being obliged to log in and look for a web page?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question.
