Hi Sofia! Gosh, imagine my surprise when my OP popped up today from 2009!!! Yikes! Yes, let me know if you have any Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir CDs...I'm interested for sure. As for my last name, it's spelled CLENDENIN...is that in line with yours???

In genealogy, often people were a bit, shall we say, creative in the spelling of names. It's very possible it's the same family, as up until recently, a lot of people spelled things phonetically. Some still do, which explains why some families can be Thomsom, Thompson, Thomsen, etc, and be related. Depends on who was doing the writing, or transcribing.
