As a avid book buyer myself I try and put it all the information that I would want to know about a book if I were to want to buy it myself.
It's all in the books description in the books that I sell including HB etc

hb or pb - or booklet, pamphlet as applicable

number of pages

whether illustrated

whether has index, bibliography, glossary, references, etc.

hb - whether or not there's a dust-jacket

As honest as possible description of its condition.
