what does 10:27:21 mean exactly? Does it mean 10:27 AM or PM?

I'm having some considerable problems with my YDC listing, I'm afraid. Shezz has helped with some advice, but the settings for the end time of the auction are playing up something fierce.
At first everything seemed alright but then I realised the auction was due to close on Tuesday 28th July. I went back in and changed it to the 31st and saved. Still it showed ending 28th. I tried fixing it several times but it kept reverting to the 28th.
Shezz suggested I might have to close the auction and open it again. I did this and the ending time showed the 31st but at 17.00 hours! So I went in, changed the time and saved. This time it went back to ending on the 28th again!
I've closed it again for now. Can anyone advise what the solution to this might be?

bumping this for eathangel. I know some had problems last month, could anyone who had these problems please let earthangel know how to sort this out please

Same thing happened to me last time on a few of mine. With some of them, closing/opening worked right away. On others, I had to close, wait for the system to re-update, and open again on eBids next business day. Ultimately they all worked out fine

Thanks, pearl. I was thinking of leaving it til tomorrow anyway, so I'll do that and try again. I'll post here how I get on.

will check back tomorrow to see if you have done it ok, wont be till tomorrow night as have the accountant in tomorrow (works), end of year and all that, jeeze i hate this time of year

It would be am as the clock is in 24:00 hrs.

As to the closing time, I don't understand why you are all having such problems.

When you pre list your auction, say, on Friday at XX:XX hrs - leave it at that and then just go straight to your listing days and set it for 7 days.

Okay...so if I set the clock to 13 hours, that would be 1:00pm EST, which would make it start correctly....geeeez!!
