Is there a way to add a conversion engine to determine shipping for you with actual shipping cost with adjustment for packaging? I am really looking to expand over to this site, and would love some input. I currently have an E-Bay store, but am looking to convert over here. their regulations are leaning more towards the buyers, and they seem not to care about us seller that PAY THEIR WAGES!. I've had a customer rip me off, and he got the refund, was able to leave me negative feedback, and I was supposedly powerless to do anything about it. Luckily, I wasn't the only seller he ripped off, and I was able to communicate with other sellers, and we pulled together and being he was abusive and vulgar in his Messages he sent to us, we were able to get him kicked off. The feedback rating system there sucks, and I'm trying to figure out this site.

Any suggestions?
