I'll be glad to finish for the weekend tonight, it's been a tough week and I am totally shattered. It's going to be even worse next week because the council have asked me to do another building besides the two that I already do, so that will be 10 hours on top of my usual hours.

On the plus side the extra wages will come in handy, so it's not all bad.

I've got a quiet weekend planned this week so I can't wait to start it. I've not had much chance to do any training for the challenge walk yet so I'll probably get some miles under my belt on Sunday, maybe over the moors towards Oldham . So if all goes to plan it should be an enjoyable weekend.

I get that every other weekend, all my daughters and their partners, and my three grandchildren. I love it when we're all together though, and they do do the washing up after our dinner. lol

As well as the extra hours next week I also have to somehow fit in my eldest daughters graduation on Friday. I had to go and buy a suit this week, not worn one for years. And I can't remember how to do a tie? lol

Gonna be a very busy week next week.

were off to a family party tomorrow at my brothers house so that will be good.....if i can fit in anything that is.being on steroids isnt good for the figure lol.....and i cant drink either

We are going to a memorial service of a very good friend of ours tomorrow. Then I must prepare for my daughters arrival on Wednesday and the usual invasion of foreign bodies that follow her. It is but once a year and I shall enjoy her company

Weve got a large BBQ to attend Saturday night and Sunday, weather permitting, I shall probably be sawing up firewood for next winter.

As I am in early retirement, the rest of the week is just the same as the weekend to me.
