I am new here and will be listing a variety of rocks and minerals, some with high values of $200 and up. Is there a way potential buyers can make offers on my fixed price items?

There is no Make An Offer option here on eBid. You can mention that you accept reasonable offers in your description.

However, most sellers use a starting price (bid) of an amount the are willing to accept plus a Buy Now price for buyers who don't want to bid and wait.
