Tony, Similar to that one but without the quartz name on the face front but has it on the reverse side.

Afraid I have never seen a gold Gianni Ricci watch although that doesn't mean they never made any. Just that they have all I have seen have been gold or silver plated. They are available from a number of wholesalers.
All gold watches sold in the UK would have a hallmark on them.
