Please add Needlework category

Hi Gazza

Re your recent reorganisation of the Sewing & Embroidery category, could you please
(1) change the name to Sewing & Machine Embroidery
(2) create a Needlework category
(3) move Cross-stitch, Embroidery and Tapestry from Sewing to Needlework
(4) move Plastic Canvas and Needlepoint to Needlework.
That way, all the decorative hand sewing will be under one category.


The Needlwork category should then look like:

Crafts and Sewing>Needlework>Cross stitch:>fabric
Crafts and Sewing>Needlework>Cross stitch:>Kits
Crafts and Sewing>Needlework>Cross stitch:>Other

Thanks Annie. We had been discussing this for some time on another thread but think we were only getting organised about the specifics just as Gazza inserted new categories ... in the "wrong" place.
My post above combined everyone's suggestions and should suit most people who stitch.

Think we agreed that finished cross stitch items should go under Handmade Goods and I know that Gazza added extra categories to that. There was already a subcategory there for cards and that would include cross-stitch cards. Again, I think Gazza was adding subcategories for the various occasions.
