Gazza - Bulk Edit Questions & Suggestions

Most of my listings have links in them to my stores &/or related store categories.

I want to remove the reference to a store category as I'm thinking of closing it but cannot do so using bulk edit, as it doesn't seem to accept replace xxxxxxx with (nothing) at the moment.
I get Attempted No Change Possible
Is there a chance you can add a remove function please?

I've just tried replacing one link with another & get the same response, will the replace only work for text & not HTML/XHTML?

If that's the case a replace for html (or at least links) would be really useful.

How many characters can the search and replace boxes cope with? I don't think either my wall or my head could take me trying 'trial and error'.

There shouldn't be any problem doing that. I did it when I moved all my images of my own site onto Photobucket (and then back again).

I agree with the idea of having a bulk edit for listing durations, when I get things set as I want them I will be re-launching listings with a top-up of the re-list durations just before they expire. So that would be very useful being able to do them in one go.

Also I have had problems re-listing the postage options. I list mine beginning with second class then first, so that the cheaper option is picked up in searches. I list them in this order: 2nd Class, 1st Class, 2nd Class Recorded then 1st Class Recorded; but when they are re-listed they show up in a different order.

By the way this is a very useful tool thanks, it will be even better when the bugs are knocked out of it.
