    Post Help with Doll Info

Can any one tell me any thing about these two cat dolls, can't seem to find any thing like them on the internet. They both have some type of pot head, hands and shoes, the male cat has a rough head the female very smooth and the body of each cat is made from material filled with some kind of stuffing. Many Thanks

Are there any markings on the heads? Usually under the hair (where the head has hair) or where the neck goes into the body.

    Hi-jacking your thread...

I have a couple of dolls with the following marks on the heads. Anyone know what they signify? I can't locate them on the net.

P.S. Not the best picture I have ever taken. Those marks above the circle are three 5 pointed stars.

    <shake head>And so you should be Kimbo...so you should be.</shake head>

They might be German as they look (boy and girl) to be in traditional German dress. They are totally 'china' (head, torso, legs and arms) and jointed where each enters the torso.

Hello bodies are made from what i can only describe as a stocking filled with some kind of stuffing. Hands feet and head are made of some kind of pot. No marks and no joints. Thank you

There are a few websites for doll marks, or Kovel's site might help too.
