    Question Notifying customer of shipment glitch?

    Last night I notified my customer that items had been shipped. Normally, when I do this, I get a box where I can add extra details ie Delivery confirmation number etc.

    But last night I didn't get that option, just the 'shipped' tag. Is this a glitch or have eBid done away with the extra info box?
