Description glitch?

Afternoon

I'm trying to alter my auctions and I keep getting a problem with my descriptions.

All I am trying to alter is the P&P ready for the Royal Mail increase and the auto-relist time.

I am not touching the descriptions at all, but when I go to check the description is all over the place

Has anyone else had this or is it just me

One example is item 13675056

I keep having to go back in and alter them back, but it is taking me ages and even then they still 'move' from where I left them.

There have been a few threads about scrambled listings over the last few months. I don't know which editor you have turned on in your "my defaults" but you might want to try switching to the new beta wysiwyg if you're not already using it - at least try it to see if it helps, maybe? (Yes, I know you're not changing the description, but the new editor is intended to help with formatting muck-ups).

I've changed to the Beta wysiwyg editor, but it hasn't made any difference

Deffo report to support then - they'll want auction IDs and it would probably help to tell them what method you used for writing the original description (e.g. direct into box, copy and paste from somewhere else) As I say, I've seen several with similar problems, and they'll need all the info' they can get to fix this one, I suspect!

You are not alone. I've just finished listing four similar auctions, the last of which decided to alter all the spacing and will not accept the changes that I make. It's a massive mystery why and when this happens. Support is the only way to go I'm afraid.

Same trouble here yesterday & today.
Really messed up a load of listings for me.

Huge blank space above my text.

Text moving from one area of the description to another.
Way out of sync.

Photo disappearing off listings.

Template pushed to the left.

Tried both the advance, Beta.
IE7 & Firefox.

No difference.
