Pictures not loading

Hi All

I am another refugee from Ebay, so I am not sure where to post my question, if I am on the wrong part of the forum, please forgive me.

I am having trouble getting the sellers pictures uploaded when I go into the buy section. Every so often they do load & I think great got it sorted only to be disappointed when I want to view another category. This is very frustrating especially as I am interested in the Art section. I do really need pictures.

I am using Mozilla Firefox, if this makes a difference.

Any suggestions from the world experts would be gratefully received as I don't really want to go back to Ebay on a regular basis.

Hello. I'm no expert but they have been doing a few site upgrades the last couple of days. Could effect things. Silly question if you know but have you tried cleaning your browser cache? On tool bar click Tools > internet options > click delete on browsing history > click delete temporary files. You don't loose anything important. Just refresh's your browser and sometimes it can speed things up.

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. I don't seem to have internet options in the tools menu. (You can tell I am a 'pooter ignoramus can't you). I do have "clear private data" is that the same thing? As I use this lappy for work as well as a tool for depleting my bank balance, I am a bit scared of pressing something that deletes everything!!
