NEW - UPS calculated shipping added to eBid US
NEW - Save button added to edit page to miss preview stage
UPDATE - Removed "Also Available To" options on LYI form, shipping destinations now decide eBid sites
UPDATE - changed back to Gallery format as default viewing format, will add option for users stores soon
UPDATE - Forced change of photo upload system to fix IE8 dependencies with WYSIWYG and other form elements
UPDATE - Duplicated auctions now moved to closed instead of deleting
UPDATE - Calculated shipping prices on preview page not required
