Well I must be in the minority then as I would never of thought of looking in luggage.
I see it's luggage and bags, so why do we then have a bag section under clothing and accessories.
So because the general consensus is luggage & bag section, then I think it should be

I'm in the minority also, as I would never have thought to look in "luggage" for one of those. Being from the US, I'm also not sure if the item I'm picturing is the same as what you guys are talking about?

I looked elsewhere to see how "insulated lunch bags" were listed, and the variety of both products and listing categories really surprised me. It's a long way from the brown paper bag!

I don't think enough people are taking part in the debate for anybody to claim a majority or minority position - it's not statistically significant.

Thanks for posting that photo, Sarah; that is what I was picturing.

Here is Mark's fanny pack. We call it his Man Purse

Does the pop-up photo loading window look different to anyone else? The typeface looks new, and there is a stylized "V" in there now

I would look for lunch bags/boxes in Kitchen categories. Maybe where picnic baskets would be? I doubt I would look in luggage for a lunchbox. A second location choice would be school supplies, but Kitchen is where I would look first. Some use small coolers as lunchboxes, too, that could be considered an insulated lunchbox.
