Good link. Couldn't listen to it as was though due to the sound levels being all over the place. Downloaded it and ran it through an AGC filter to make it listenable.

I got the impression that the interviewer had a list of questions they were going to ask but Mark did not have the luxury of knowing what those questions were going to be beforehand. On that basis Mark did very well thinking and answering 'on his feet' but believe he could have got more out of it with a little foreknowledge of the areas that were to be covered. A couple of places they seemed to be talking at cross purposes.

It's nice to hear management's view of how things are going. I thought Mark did really well it must have been quite nerve wracking not knowing what was going to be asked next.

Interesting to hear that they are possibly going to be more open about communication between buyers and sellers. That is one thing I do miss. Being able to have a conversation about an item with a prospective buyer, and building up a good rapport with them, rather than just the one question and answer that has to be shown on the listing.

I presume this interview took place down a line - phone or s**pe (whatever) - so that makes it more difficult than when you are sitting face to face with someone. It seems that we won't have to wait much longer for the new developments from what Mark said.
