Good to see eBid ranked so high but surely the score for SUPPORT should have been higher.

I quite agree! I've always had a very prompt answer from support.

I don't think they should have been marked down just because they state people should check the FAQ's first that is just common sense!

I agree, the lower score for support puzzles me. eBid support is lightyears ahead of every other site I've dealt with.
