Trying to open a Store

Wow, I fill in all the info to start a store and I can't switch the part that says "offline".. This is very frustrating. You would think you fill in all the store info and at the bottom of the page there would be an enter button to click on.. None. Can someone help this old fool? Thank You for any help.. Without being able to open the store, I can't put stuff in it.

Well you seem to have managed it.

It helps if you keep your query to one thread rather than duplicating it in three separate ones. If you have several threads running it makes it hard to see what help has already been offered in an attempt to resolve your problem.
