In our area they run classes at the metaphysical bookstores when the store knows there is enough interest. People who want to learn about a subject communicate that to the store owners, who then schedule a course when the list is full enough.
Otherwise, there are people who do dowsing, and are willing to give private instruction. Again, the store owners know who they are, it might be worth inquiring about. Typically those who teach it here, either as classes or privately, belong to the Dowsing Society and part of what that society emphasizes is teaching. The is probably some kind of dowsing group on your side of the pond, Somer might know....
as pearly.... says ask at a new age shop... there are people who teach it over here.... but you are the wrong end of the country for me to give names ect as none of them could help you.
i am sure i seen one in the town ..will have a look see..failing that i will go back to where i bought the crystal and ask (although the medium there is a tad expensive)...
