Help with a card problem!

My friend is looking for some small gift cards that he can slip things like photos or small cross stitch items, or old cigarette cards into, like a photo mount.
They need to be 'fold-over like a proper card ( to write in) and have envelopes.
The MAXIMUM size overall needs to be A7 - ie 1/2 x A6

Neither he nor I have the first idea 1) what they are called, and 2) where to look for them!

Can anyone help please ?

If he wants them blank on the inside, I think they're called notelets.

They need to be like photo mounts - but like greetings cards ( and smaller than 'usual'!)
