    Thanks to the eBid support team for their quick responses and satisfactory
    resolutions to my queries earlier today. It proves that there are still some people left who listen, take your concerns seriously, and respond to them in this day and age where so many times you feel like you're bashing your head against a brick wall and getting nowhere. Well done and thank you again.

    i will second (or is that third) the comment, i am also amazed that with ebid you clearly get a personal response where someone has actually read what you wrote and responded accordingly rather than sent a bog standard response which has not adddressed the issue.

    I agree, fantastic support service, at the weekend I contacted support, i sent the message at 5-05pm, ticket number arrived at 5-09pm, followed by a response with the answer to my query at 5-24pm, by 5-27pm I had replied and the problem was sorted.

    I'm starting to think that eBid is staffed by the living dead (particularly Gazza) as they never seem to sleep or take days off.

    Bog-standard!! Love it!! Though that is high praise for what I have encountered on other aution sites. You all have hit the nail on the head, as has eBid support! EBid support staff are real people, who probably are overworked, but who take the time to provide the best support online that I, too, have ever found. KUDOS and GONGS to eBid support!!!!
