How large are the pictures?
What format are they in?
What browser are you using?
Have you recently changed any settings on your browser or added any add ons?
Have you recently changed any settings in your firewall?
You say support don't care, but haven't answered as to how you've contacted them, if you've had a support ticket, or if you got a reply why it was not useful. Gazza has said he'll look into it, but without more info how can he?
As for photos loading fine on feebay, I believe they allow much larger images than eBid do.
Does anybody know if you get an error message if you try & upload the wrong format, or too large an image, as a general rule,
not just when there is a site problem?
Is it specific ie one message for image too large, another for the wrong format?
Forget that, I've just checked by trying to upload a wmf file & got,
Upload Photo > Error
The file was either too large, or the wrong format. Please upload only GIFs, JPEGs, TIFs or PNGs smaller than 4Mb in size.
On another note, although on the gallery page it still says jpgs & gifs you now seem to be able to upload png's & tif's as well, although they are all converted to jpg's.
Dodaman, do you get the saving your changes page at all?
Is the problem the same if you try & add an image while you are listing, and if you just upload an image to your "My Gallery" ?
Or does each give a different problem?
