I comment about my experience of eBay within one of my Squidoo Lenses.

It is a fact that eBay has not treated its customers (Sellers) as well as it could have over the past 12 to 18 month period. Many good sellers have left that platform and will not return. Watch eBay try to get them back though, now that they are feeling the financial pinch.

I still have a store with that venue, but tend to use it as I would a card in a corner shop window...referring my customers to where I may be found these days.
    Best wishes...

You would have thought that all businessmen would have learned the lesson from when Gerald Ratner insulted his customer base by announcing that he was selling them, and they were buying, cr@p.

(Don't know if that last word will survive but that was the word he used).

i had a shop on there much the same as you but this is how bad it got there before x-mas i sold 2 items (action figures) the first one went to germany arived in go order and time only for the customer to try and blackmail me in to sending him half the money back to him.
i kept this email and feed it back to ebay they told me there is nothing thay could do. so this guy then left me neut feedback which hit my dsr (star thingus) bad.
then just after christmas same thing but now a neg which hit my dsr so bad that ebay froze my seller account. and again they said nothing they could do.
it makes me lol that you can be frozen out by something which is
Optional and not only that but one sided with me not even given the chance to neg back with an explination.
I even ask ebay what i should do and they said that i should speak to all the people that i have sold to that have not left feeback for me yet and get them to leave feedback asap and when i said i thought that feedback was optional and the customer does not have to leave feedback if they don't want to the guy on the phone said that i was wrong.lol

Like all empires, they don't last and usually through their own folly. We are witnessing the beginning of the end of dungbay.
