Problem with inter-stores visibility

I've got 3 stores active right now (as per my forum signature)

When I'm in the Gazlannathai store, I can see the other two (with logos) in the right hand margin under "seller's other stores"

When I'm in the other two, the Gazlannathai store doesn't show in the seller's other store list in the right margin.

Is this normal?

Gazlannathai is my ID as well as the name of my "stuff from under the stairs" store (LOL - it's the best way to describe what'll be appearing there) - does having a store with the same name as the seller ID mean that it doesn't appear in that sidebar?

In firefox it shows the name text but no picture or link.In ie it shows the name text & the red cross for missing picture with a link.
Not sure if that helps in any way but there ya go!

I see the item count on your about me page says zero... have the items only just gone in? I wonder if there's some connection, as in it doesn't think the store's online or something?

I can see-enter all 3 stores.. however your id-store does not show that logo.

Kim - yup - I'm having nightmares trying to reconcile listings - if I log into my "home" site at Singapore I don't see half of what's listed, and in the Mulberry Magic store (with 340+ active listings) it only shows 5 of them in the store. When I log into UK it shows all of them ... and the shipping is correct for them to show up in Singapore, but they don't. All the Mulberry Magic listings were live from mid-summer (i.e. before the admin initiated server level lock out of "outsider countries") and were displaying correctly back then.

It seems the 8 weeks that the rest of the world was locked out is when all these errors have been installed. They didn't exist before that lockout.

I wish they'd just let us decide for ourselves where we sell and where we live!

Well, in defence of Da Boyz - they do let us decide where to sell ourselves, at least within the 18 countries they offer us anyways.

But yes, they seem to have a bit of a thing about not letting us tell the truth about where we (all sellers) and our items are located - see the thread I started today in the Bugs & Glitches board (Old Problem / New Complaint).

I find it difficult to believe you expect me to continue discussing this with you, given the way you've spoken to me in the poll thread, because you weren't around to influence the wording on the options. Perhaps if you'd read some of these other posts of mine before flying off the handle you'd have stayed a little calmer. However, as things are, I'm backing away and leaving you to it. Good luck getting the changes you want, that I have already agreed are sensible.

Your problems are quite unique due to the fact you changed your registered eBid site from UK to SG. This seems to have caused alot of confusion with your shipping locations and rates. I have updated our database to the best of my ability to help your auctions to become more rational and they should be more visible now. Please export your listings and edit en mass to fix any ongoing problems.

OK Gazza - will do - The listings added since December 21st are behaving themselves nicely. It's only the ones started pre-Halloween (going back to mid summer is more accurate) that are showing this effect.

I have to reprice all of them due to currency rate collapse on Sterling anyway, so I'll leave them in place until the new spreadsheets are done (a day or two) then delete them and re-upload afresh.

I'll give you a shout if they go screwy after the re-uploading
