Thread: 357 days until Xmas.....

  1. #1

    Default 357 days until Xmas.....

Manufacturers will soon be presenting their Xmas fabrics and craft supplies for next year. How do you feel about this - do you like to have Xmas craft supplies available at all times or have you had enough of the festivities for now?

Your responses will help me ( and perhaps other craft sellers) plan listings. Thanks

I normally think about xmas in around aug sept time - and plan from there.

Just after xmas I think about the normal type of gift items and do a few geared towards or suitable for valentines, easter & mothers day gifts too.

I agree with Babs. I had a bricks and mortar bead shop until summer 2008, and I always used to start planning stock for Christmas in August.

I voted August as I want to seem practical....but the way I feel just now I would have preferred to vote 'don't mention Xmas to me again EVER'....LOL

Having worked for a large DIY chain who started planning for Xmas in March I'm the all year round type of girl!

Fortunately I get alot of private orders for christmas cards from november onwards, I also have to make my own cards for sending to people, so I tend to make xmas cards for my shop here on ebid all year round inbetween making cards for other occasions
