What is your priority for eBid improvements? POLL

I'm glad to see that auction listings showing their bids when you browse the site is doing so well. But sorry to see that get rid of flashing 'r's and alterable invoices is so low. I would really like to see the 'r's gone and would very much like to be able to alter my invoices when combining shipping.

I dislike the flashing Rs, but when choosing priorities had to admit to myself they didn't matter as much as some of the other options. We'll have to have another poll... what do you find *most annoying*. Somebody else can run that one.

have to say that i am surprised (if not disappointed) at the low number of people that have responded to this poll bearing in mind the apparent number of members.

Incidentally how many members are there and where can i check it?

is there any way to get this brought to a lot more members attention as i believe that 2009 is the year when ebid can really be kick-started at the expense of the dark side certainly in the areas of collectibles but the apathy is over whelming.

I think the only way to spread it would be for ebid to mention it in a newsletter (let's not get into the problem of people not receiving their newsletters!)

As they are aware of this poll (it was Gazza's idea) I guess they'll do that if they see a need. Seems like quite a good idea to me... but perhaps they won't want to draw attention to a thread that's got a bit heated in some quarters!?

Hi borucha, The member numbers can be seen at the very bottom of the main forum page or you are more than welcome to drop into the eBid war room down on the KT forum where the member and listing numbers are reported daily http://helpdesk.ebid.net/showthread.php?t=101506 .
We are always looking for new recruits to the regiment and Sergeant Major Cornish always needs a new excuse to visit the mess bar to inspire her listings !
The listing numbers seem to have broken down at the moment though - hope eBid will get them fixed again soon!

If you go to the bottom of the main forum page, you will see that at this time there are 108 members on the forum and 330 guests. Anytime I check that it average 3 to 1 guests to members. For some reason eBid has disabled the member list in FAQ at the top of this and every forum page.
