Did you send out pm's? I know becky is going to look for a picture when she gets back from her fathers. I sent out a half dozen pms and asked them to do like wise. But they are not doing anything so I guess they didn't pass the word along.

See, not only was I raised in the Air Force, I also married into it. When my ex got out, I had 30 years in, and they wouldn't even pay me retirement.
Wow! Your ex was a good looking guy!
30 years is a long time for a marriage to go bad. It's good you're out of it.
I've been married 41 years to a girl I dated off and on for 6 years!
I think this has made it easy for me to look at an older woman and see the young girl that is still there regardless of what Life has thrown at her.

no no no, I wasn't married to him for 30 years, I was in the Air Force almost 30 years if you count the 18 years I was raised in the Air Force and the 9 years I was in as a married dependent. It's nice to hear these days of someone being married 41 years. My current husband and I have been married 23 years.

I was lucky. She has all the qualities I lack ( all good ones ) so we balance each other out nicely.

23 years. You found a good guy....and he was lucky too.

It is nice to hear that marriages can still last. I was 'found' by my OH in 1970(I blame the british army and his 1948 Bentley) and we married the same year. Still going strong.
