Dashboard won't accept mark as shipped

Is anyone else having this problem?

I want to mark an item as shipped but the darn thing won't let me. It says the item needs to be marked as paid before I can mark as shipped ... fine ... BUT it has ALREADY been paid and the P is showing up as green.

Could someone please suggest how I can get around this?

I can "mark as paid" ... that option isn't there because the item has already been paid and the dashboard knows it ... WTF

Sounds like one for the management. They'll want the auction ID so if you add that in here, they should be able to take a look.

LOL it's not important to me, there are always other ways to let someone know you've shipped but it might be indicative of another problem somewhere.

Happened to me other day went back 5 mins later and it worked ok.

I do think anything that goes wrong repeatedly needs to be flagged up to them.

LOL thank you Gazza ... it just marked itself shipped first I knew was when the item sent me an email ROFL
