A newbie to the jewellery section of eBid

Hi everyone,
Just a quick posting to introduce myself to all the other jewellery sellers/makers on here. I am BRAND new to eBid and auction sites in general, I never sold on that "other" place...lol
I am hoping that this will be a successful venture for me and I would be grateful if you folks might have a look at my shop and let me know what I need to do to make things better.

Welcome to ebid! And I wish you lots of success. Just don't expect a rush on sales, as things are not as busy as elsewhere and of course people are now cautious when it comes to spending money. Nice items you have too.

Yes thinga are a little difficult in most places these days but the holiday seems to have people buying just as much in the brick and mortar shops, just not on the online ones.
Lets hope that the UK and USA economy picks up soon and we can all start earning lots of money..

I work in a 'bricks & mortar' shop and it's been dismal. Some times it seems busy, but then at the end of the day, the money has not been taken. But I am not grumblig. I still have a job....

Yep, It's getting a little scary what with Woolies closing down, whatever next? Mind you they had fallen behind the times over the last ten years or so, they never seemed to quite catch up with all the trends did they.
I know what you mean about having work, I have not been too well the past 2 years but thankfully 2 operations seem to have done the trick and all is well again healthwise, so I am ready to put my all into this eBid business now.
I am sure things will pick up its just a question of when.
