    Carol.

I got a reply as well.

I was copying & pasting listings from elsewhere to ebid.
Done loads in the past no problem.

When I paste no type shows, that menu box thing comes up ( see photo in #53).
I clicked that paste button in the tool box of WYSIWYG editor the type came up then.

I can now do a fresh listing & change, add photos to existing listings, which I was not able to do yesterday.

#53 seems so long ago now. Will have to hunt for it...LOL

I assume support advised you to use the 'paste' button then. Looks like I will have to start a listing from scratch and then just use that one to sell similar if I'm understanding you correctly.

I will see what support say first before I do anything. It's too late tonight anyway though might try and list one before going to bed

    Oh how I've missed listing

This thread is getting confusing now...

Can you confirm the problem is that there is a blank window in the WYSIWYG editor when it should be showing content and does do so correctly if you change it to the Plain HTML box?

Also, a note to SEARAS, thanks for the screen grabs you sent in. From those am I right in saying you are using IE6? The green arrow nxt to the address bar is from IE6 I think.

Is anyone else with the blank screen problem using IE6?

    Thanks

Can you let me know what you are trying to do....

    Relist (which auction)
    List Similar (which auction)
    Edit (which auction)
List New (using my defaults or not....)
    etc etc

We need to know what you are doing to enable us to replicate it.

Also, i know its a cliche but can you try to clear cache and cookies before re-attempting, it is possible you are still harbouring outdated code from before we upgraded the WYSIWYG editor.

    Thanks,
    Gazza

I just picked an auction out at random 1221176960-806-0, tried edit first, then list similar ect but still the same thing happens. Clearing the cache is a thing i have to do all the time because the lappy runs slow.
    Cheers

Yes, the screen DOES show content when editor is changed to Plain HTML and it stays there too. Also the Yellow triangle disappears in the bottom left of my screen.
