Auction Description Editor Is Not Working

I'm sorry you've still got the problem but also thankful that I'm not alone

I've just sent a message to support so hopefully they will get back soon

I know nothing about Firefox except it's supposed to be pretty good and alot of people have gone over to it. But alot of people also still have IE7 so it should be compatible. I think someone else said this on this thread.

A friend of mine as been trying to get me to use Firefox for months, she swears by it. But I am not computer literate, So am slow at getting the hang of things.
Really wanted to get those dresses on straight away.

I am getting ready to chuck my teddy out of the pram.
Will give Firefox a go when the O/H is around, just in case I should booger something up.

Will just have to wait for a reply from the ebid guys.

If he's an old teddy he might be worth a few bob. There's alot of teddy collectors out there.

We have been testing and are aware of some extra text appearing and extra line breaks appearing when pasting Word documents into the WYSIWYG editor when using Firefox. This problem does not occur in IE7.

Make sure you cluick the New Document button to clear out any rubbish that might be lingering before pasting.

I have just managed to copy & paste into the description box.
I had to click on the paste box in the WYSIWYG editor.

I can now type into the description box & add photos.

I've just had a reply back from support asking for an item example that I'm trying to re-list. Have given them that so hope they can see what I see.

Are you re-listing or starting one from scratch? One of the problems I have is in trying to re-list there's no type in the description box to work from It's just empty!!
