I tried to send the screengrab to support but got stuck when my PC asked for the 'outgoing email server ( SMTP ) name????
What is that? Told you I wasn't a techie
I then saved the pic on my PC and went in and cropped it, then copied but couldn't paste on here.

Forget pasting, you've saved it somewhere you can find it, right?
It sounds as if you're trying to use some new bit of software for the email that's not set up yet? Just use your usual email method, whatever that is. Attach the picture (there will be an attach file option on your software somewhere) - just point it towards where you've saved it. Send the resulting email to support@ebid.tv with a note to say Gazza asked for it.
If in doubt, keep it simple.

But to post a picture here click on the paper clip at the top of the advanced editor. You can then browse your hard disk for the picture and upload it.
Once you've done that close the upload window and click the paper clip again. You will then be able to attach the photo to your post.
Apologies for freaking out but this is all getting a bit frustrating!
I'm on a week off and was hoping to list about 100 items this week but haven't listed anything since Tuesday.
I'm not blaming anyone as upgrades and downtimes have to happen but it's just a wee bit annoying
