promotional cd's and vinyl is this allowed?

I'm interested in selling on line with ebid.
I Have a large collection of promotional u.k. european and japanese vinyl and cd's, are such items allowed for sale on this site or would they be removed for copyright reasons.?

can i upload on a daily basis as and when i have the time, i'm thinking of making the 1 of payment to get started,any advice is welcome.

As far as I'm concerned the 49.99 was the best money I ever spent. Just remember that some upgrades still incur a charge - some every relist, some only when it's sold. So plow your way through the fees section so you know what you are doing
you can list any time you have a miniute, choose how long the listing will last, up to 10 automatic relists.
As to the legality of the vinyls you want to sell I can't help. But i am sure someone with knoledge will pick this up.

I seem to recall a news article a while back that some record companies were claiming that the promo releases remained the property of themselves. There was a bit of a kerfuffle over on another auction site as a result. But you would need to do a bit of research into what actually happened.
